The building object of the intervention treats of works already realized inherent the retraining of the outside of a building turned to commercial and directional use situated in the Risorgimento Plaza to Quarrata (PT).
The intervention he is I consist particularly:
Execution of the flooring of the galleries and the staircases condominiali (through elements in gres for the galleries and in wood for the stairs of the external staircase). Substitution of the external façade than (continuous type) with a plate of structural glass of tamponamento on which is anchored a panoramic elevator that has been installed inside the vain one in c.to. already predisposed in the preceding authorizations. In the intervention in matter - effected in compliance to the dictated of the Law for the overcoming of the architectural barriers - she has been made the verification of the conditions of accessibility to the existing panoramic terrace to the last floor of the building.
. Realization (with shelter of the façade from the precipitations) of a small coverage in glass and metal. Says coverage she has been set to the last level of the external staircase in correspondence of the panoramic terrace and more precisely behind the existing coverage in wood lamellare, metal and plates of policarbonato. The new coverage has mechanically been anchored to the structure in existing armed cement of the staircase through stirrups. The parapets of the galleries overlooking Risorgimento plaza they have been delimited by plates of glass and metal to give continuity to the coverage it posts aloft on the staircase.
The structure of the coverage in glass and protection metal of the ramps and gallery to the last level it is to start: sideways sustained by a structure reticolare to form of "portal" that it ideally takes back the motive for the fall reversing the existing geometry of the coverage of the staircase.

This intervention is inserted in the context of the plaza that is of new planning, both in the surrounding space and in the materials adopted for the realization. The façade of the building on which the staircase and the elevator are set also results harmonized, thanks particularly to the choice of the transparent materials as the glass for the collided with parts and the steel for the structures, relieving so the volumes toward the plaza and favoring the reading of the full ones and the voids of the façade of it behind.
